Following the regulation established by the EU Regulation 2016/679 "European Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data" (hereafter "GDPR"), XXX as "Data Controller" of the processing of personal data informs that such treatment will be guaranteed in compliance of the principle of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, necessity and minimization protecting the privacy and rights of the interested parties.
Data that is collected

The data that is collected through it are:

The data collected by means of the forms or those received through the use of the contact email on the site, will not be in any way transferred, communicated or disclosed to third parties.
How they were collected
The data provided by the user is collected exclusively for his free choice with the completion of the form or via the contact email on the site.
Log files are automatically collected by the server on which the website is hosted.
Where they are stored
The data provided by the user are kept by the Data Controller on magnetic or IT supports or in paper form. Backup copies can be kept for reasons of redundancy and security in other places or online storage systems (Cloud storage).

The log files are collected and stored for security purposes (Article 6 (1), point F of the GDPR).
For how long they are stored
The data will be kept for the minimum time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years.
The log files are kept on the server hosting the website and periodically deleted by automated procedures.
How they are kept safely
For the management of data and log files, specific and adequate security measures have been adopted, of an organizational and technical-IT type, prescribed by articles. 24 and ss. of the GDPR, aimed at ensuring its secure access and to protect information from risks of loss or destruction, even accidental.
These measures include, but are not limited to, updates to operating systems, the adoption of complex passwords and their periodic renewal, the adoption of updated antivirus, use of firewalls, specific policies for the storage of backup copies. and for restoring the availability of data and systems and any other software or hardware required for the purpose.
In adopting these measures, the Data Controller may use external services chosen independently by high standards of quality and reliability.
Verification of data and right to be forgotten

It is also specified that it will not be possible to delete data in cases where the law or legislation requires its conservation and that, if eliminated due to technical or computer problems related to integrity, eg. of the databases, the data will be anonymized in order to make them unavailable to the Owner.
